year.

Houston Amateur Mobile
Society (H.A.M.S.)
H.A.M.S
purpose is to operate various
radio repeaters along the
Houston Gulf Coast to be used
by licensed Amateur Radio
Operators, to aid in emergency
communications, to promote
fraternity and friendship
among members and to advance
the goodwill, the general
interests and the welfare of
Amateur Radio in the
community.
H.A.M.S
has been a local ham radio
club in the Houston and
surrounding area since
February 24, 1985.
We now
have Echolink on several of
our repeaters. You can now
connect to these repeaters
from PC via
the internet, or
smart phones via wifi or
3G/4G! You can download the
Echolink software here!
